Our Home Health Nurses are the backbone of home health. They have many years of nursing and home health experience. They understand that every patient is unique, and the care plan developed for each patient must be designed uniquely and according to the needs and the diagnoses of each patient. Our home health nursing team consists of Registered Nurses (RN's) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's). Our Medical Social Workers help our patients address their social, financial and psychological aspects of recovery. Many times finding the right community resources can make all the difference in the outcome of our patients progress. Our Psychiatric Nurses receive special training and education on how to recognize and treat the signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and other psychiatric illnesses our patients may be experiencing.
